COVID-19: Enugu Clocks 8 On Count
Four new confirmed COVID-19 cases have emerged in Enugu State.
The four new cases have brought the status of positive cases ever reported in Enugu to eight with six active cases, as the two index cases had been discharged earlier.
According to a statement by the state Commissioner for Health, Dr Ikechukwu Obi, the new cases were two adults and two children, who live in Enugu and hail from Bauchi State with travel traces to Jos Plateau State, with the case that was reported as the third positive case in Enugu.
The Health Commissioner advised the people of the state to continue to observe the safety measures, to increase their chances of remaining protected against the scourge.
