Enugu state government has declared a state of emergency on water supply as a key aspect of sanitary demands to achieve Open Defecation Free target by 2025.
Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi made the disclosure while declaring open, a two- day inception workshop on drafting roadmap for realisation of the set objective.
