Enugu state judicial panel of inquiry on police brutality and extra-judicial killings, has so far received over forty-five petitions with fifteen called over for hearing, at the commencement of its public sitting on Monday.
Also on Monday, the administrative panel of inquiry set up by the state government to determine compensations for víctims of the hijacked #EndSARS Protests, held its inaugural meeting.

Mr Sam read Mass Communication, graduating all with Distinction in National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma at IMT, Enugu and Madonna University, Okija, Anambra state, while he is presently on his M.Sc programme also in Mass Communication, at National Open University of Nigeria.
He is currently the NUJ Chairman, Enugu state.
