Enugu state governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has charged farmers in the state to add value to their produce by engaging in processing techniques that can bring out the best qualities of the local agricultural products for enhanced economic growth.
Governor Ugwuanyi represented by the commíssioner for Agriculture and natural resources, Matthew Idu, gave the charge while declaring open, a training session in Enugu for a group of farmers, on the new technology for rice parboiling, for improved quality.
