ENUGU GOVT INAUGURATES ADR BUILDING COMPLETED FOR ESMDC
Multi million naira edifice constructed by the Enugu state government to house the State Multi Door Courthouse, ESMDC, an Alternative Dispute Resolution judicial initiative, has been inaugurated.
Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, represented by his deputy. Lolo Cecilia EZEILO, performed the function on Tuesday, shortly preceding the last lap services of the retiring Chief Judge of the state,Justice Priscilla Emehelu.

Mr Sam read Mass Communication, graduating all with Distinction in National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma at IMT, Enugu and Madonna University, Okija, Anambra state, while he is presently on his M.Sc programme also in Mass Communication, at National Open University of Nigeria.
He is currently the NUJ Chairman, Enugu state.
