NCC Sets Out To Strengthen Digital Culture With Emerging Technologies
Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, has taken steps to expand opportunities for Nigerians with technological ideas and promote indigenous content development in the ICT sector , for more digitally viable economy of the country.
The NCC Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive, Professor Umar Danbatta, gave the indication during the South East regional ICT Innovation Forum in Enugu.

Mr Sam read Mass Communication, graduating all with Distinction in National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma at IMT, Enugu and Madonna University, Okija, Anambra state, while he is presently on his M.Sc programme also in Mass Communication, at National Open University of Nigeria.
