Enugu To Host 14th Emeka Anyaoku Lecture Series At ICC
The 14th Emeka Anyaoku distinguished Lecture will be held in Enugu, Enugu state this Tuesday, 29th April,2025.
A statement signed by Johnson Ogbonna for President Youth Affairs Foundation says, the theme of the event to be hosted by H.E Governor Peter Mbah is, “Imperative of Good Governance in Nigeria”.
The previous Lectures in series had been hosted by the State Governors of Lagos, Anambra , Delta, Ogun, Edo , Abia, Ebonyi, Imo, Oyo, Rivers and Akwa Ibom.
The 14th Lecture will hold at the prestigious International Conference Centre Enugu and the keynote Speaker is Prof. Ibrahim Gambari,the immediate past Chief of Staff to former President Muhammed Buhari, with other notable dignitaries in attendance.
Dignitaries and Speakers that have graced the lecture in the past were Gen. Yakubu Gowon,Chief John Oyegun,Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu,Chief Chukwuemeka Ezeife, Chief Donald Duke Prof. Barth Nnaji, Prof. Anya Anya, Prof. Kingsley Moghalu,
Others were;Prof Eghosa Osaghae,Prof. Dora Akunyili,Prof. Pat Utomi,Prof. Ayo Olukotun,Prof. Hope Eghagha,Dr. Reuben Abati,Sen Ben Bruce,Sen. Ben Obi,among others.
The lecture is open to all members of the public and Students of higher Institutions.

Sam Udekwe is a journalist working in the News and Current Affairs department, Enugu State Broadcasting Service (ESBS) Enugu. He is well trained in all genres of journalistic venture.
Mr Sam read Mass Communication, graduating all with Distinction in National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma at IMT, Enugu and Madonna University, Okija, Anambra state, while he is presently on his M.Sc programme also in Mass Communication, at National Open University of Nigeria.
He was the NUJ Chairman, Enugu state who handed over to the Caretaker Committee currently in the Council.
