Isi-Uzo Council Builds New Secretariat
Isi-Uzo local government has commenced construction of a new secretariat buiding at the Council headquarters, Ikem.
The local government chairman, Mr Obiora Obeagu says the building is one of fifteen projects being done by the Counci, in its avowed determination to replicate the pace of deveopment by the state government.
