Enugu Govt Introduces World-Class Infrastructure in Mass Housing Estates

The Enugu State Government has unveiled a comprehensive array of world-class infrastructure across its mass housing estates.
Through the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC), the government has introduced cutting-edge amenities, including 24-hour hybrid energy supply, smart schools, asphalt roads with drainage, fibre-to-home network, recreational facilities, drone security surveillance, shopping malls, regular water supply, central sewage system, estate clinics, and 24-hour security presence.
Others are national grid/solar power at the Coal City Eastern Extension Alliance Estate, Blossom Garden Estate, Elite Estate, University Estate Nsukka and Sport Island Estate.
This development is part of the state government’s commitment to providing comfortable and secure living environments for its residents, and is expected to boost the overall quality of life in the affected estates.
The Government said this move was in line with its avowal to make living comfortable to the people of the state.
This is even as the Corporation has called on members of the public to seize the prevailing opportunity to aquire plot of land which are now on sale at it’s Coal City Eastern Extension Alliance Estate, Blossom Garden Estate, Elite Estate, University Estate NSUKKA, Sports Island Estate.
It however urged interested members of the public to approach the marketing Department or the Public Relations Office for further inquiries.
