Football: Super Eagles Yields 1-all Draw To Zimbabwe
Nigerian Super Eagles Tuesday yielded one-all draw to the Zimbabwe’s national team in one of the World Cup qualifying matches played at the Goodwill Akpabio stadium,Uyo.
The game from the outset seemed dominated by the Nigerian side but with lingering score till the 74th minute when Victor Osimhen opened scoring.
It was almost a concluded deal before the Zimbabwean team had to level up through their attacking activist, Chirewa at the one minute in the injury time(90″+1).
Nigeria now has 7 points on the table trailing behind South Africa with 13 points at the top as well as Rwanda and Benin Republic with 8 points
