In his post-election address on Sunday, the governor expressed deep gratitude to Ndi Anambra for renewing their confidence in his leadership, assuring that his new mandate would be dedicated to consolidating progress and expanding development across all sectors.

> “The Anambra way is to embrace reconciliation after the fight. Together, we can forge a stronger and more united Anambra,” he stated.

Soludo commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), under the leadership of Professor Joash Amupitan, for conducting what he described as a transparent and credible election. He also lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Federal Government for creating an enabling environment that ensured a peaceful and fair electoral process.

Looking ahead to his second term, the governor highlighted some critical infrastructure and job creation as key priorities for his administration, noting that those sectors would form the backbone of his renewed development agenda.
Governor Soludo expressed his sadness for the killing of a stalwart of APGA and councilor at Owerre Ezukala during the electoral activities on Saturday and vowed that government would be committed to fishing out the perpetrators.

Political observers have described Soludo’s victory as a resounding vote of confidence in his performance during his first term, citing notable progress in infrastructure development, youth empowerment, and public service reforms.

The governor’s conciliatory tone and emphasis on inclusive governance have been widely welcomed by the people, with many residents expressing optimism that his renewed mandate will drive Anambra toward greater unity and economic growth.
