Enugu Govt Steps Up Roles In Lifting National Human Capital Devt Index
Enugu state government has taken steps in driving national human capital development vision by stepping up its roles in lifting
Nigeria high in the global human capital development index.
The state deputy governor and chairman of the Human Capital Development Council, Cecilia Ezeilo gave the indication, during a one-day stakeholders engagement and on-boarding sessions for the state technical committee in Enugu.
