Stakeholders Identify Ugwuayi’s Grassroots Disposition As Basis For Rural Development
Stakeholders have identified the grassroots disposition of the Ugwuanyi-led administration in Enugu state as the basis for the remarkable achievements of local government administrations in the state.
This was the dorminant view of stakeholders in Nkanu West local government area while assessing the scorecard of the local, since the past one year, and commended the council chairman, Chief Nwabueze Nnamani
for following the administrative pattern of the governor, to drive grassroots development on the area.
